Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingrients & Directions


3 c Oatmeal
1 qt Low fat buttermilk (or skim
Milk soured with 1 T. lemon
Juice per cup
1 c Flour
2 ts Baking soda
2 ts Salt
Egg substitute to equal four
Eggs

Combine. The batter will be rather thin. Cook on hot griddle (spray if
desired) until golden brown.
