1 1/2 c Graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c Flour, all-purpose
2 ts Baking powder
1/2 c Margarine; softened
14 oz Sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 c Coconut flakes
6 oz Semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 350F. In a mixing bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs,
flour and baking powder together. In a large bowl, stir by hand, softened
margarine & sweetened condensed milk and margarine until smooth & creamy.
Add the graham cracker mixture; mix well. Stir in coconut and chocolate
chips. Drop by tablespoons onto a lightly sprayed pan. Bake 9 to 10 minutes
or until golden brown. Calories per cookie is 87.2 with 4.7 grams of fat.
