Ingrients & Directions


4 tb BUTTER 2 lb CREAM CHEESE, unwrapped and
1/2 c SUGAR -warmed in
1 EGG Microwave 2 minutes on high.
1 c ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR 1 c SUGAR
Beat sugar and butter until 1/4 c CORNSTARCH
-light. Blend in egg and 5 JUMBO EGGS, out of shell and
-flour. -warmed for 25
Mix well and spread onto Seconds on high.
-bottom of 10-inch 1 (1 lb) can PEACHES, drained
-springform pan. -and pureed
Bake at 450-degrees for 10 1/3 c AMARETTO or GRAND MARNIER
-minutes. -LIQUEUR
CAKE 1/2 c HEAVY CREAM
