2 c GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS -softened in
6 tb BUTTER, melted Microwave 2 minutes on high.
1/4 c DARK BROWN SUGAR, firmly 1 1/2 c SUGAR
-packed 5 JUMBO EGGS, shelled and
Mix and press onto bottom -warmed in microwave 25
-and sides of 10-inch Seconds
-springform 2 1/2 ts VANILLA
Pan. 2 ts FRESH LEMON JUICE
FILLING 1/4 c CORNSTARCH
2 lb CREAM CHEESE, unwrapped and 1/2 c HEAVY CREAM
