2 1/2 c Sifted flour
2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
1 c Butter, softened
1 c Honey
2 Eggs
1 c Shredded coconut
1 c Buterscotch chips
4 c Rice Krispies
(From: Favorite Recipes from Quilters) Makes 3 dozen – OVEN 350
1. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
2. Cream butter. Add honey slowly and mix well. Add eggs, one at a time,
and mix well. Gradually add dry ingredients. Fold in coconut, butterscotch
chips and Rice Krispies.
3. Drop by tablespoons onto lightly greased baking sheet.
4. Bake at 350 for about 12 minutes.
