Manioc And Coconut Cake

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Grated coconut
1/2 c Sugar

q cup fresh manioc, washed, peeled and grated (cassava)

Mix all the ingredients and arrange into small servings wrapped in coconut
leaves and tied with liane creeper. Cook on hot stones.
