Grease a 9x 13 pan. Dump a can of sweetened applesauce in prepared pan.
Dump 20 oz. can of crushed pineapple over applesauce. Sprinkle 1 pkg. of
dry yellow cake mix evenly over pineapple layer. Melt 1 cup (2 Sticks) of
butter or margarine, pour over top of cake mix. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups chopped
nuts over all. Bake 350 degrees, one hour. Serve with whipped topping.
