Frozen Coconut Pie

Ingrients & Directions


3 oz Cream cheese — softened
1 tb Sugar
1/2 c Milk
1 1/3 c Coconut
8 oz Cool Whip* — thawed
1/2 ts Vanilla
1 Graham cracker pie crust, 9
Inch

Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl. Gradually add milk; beat
until smooth. Stir in coconut, cool whip and vanilla. Spoon into
crust. Freeze 4 hours or until firm. Let stand at room temperature
15 minutes until it can be cut easily. Store leftover pie in freezer.
