Ingrients & Directions
1 c Cocoa
4 Boxes 10X sugar (powdered)
1 lb Oleo
1 lb Velveeta cheese
1 ts Vanilla
Nuts (optional)
Sift cocoa and sugar into big bowl. Melt cheese and oleo together in double
boiler. Stir often. Add vanilla. Pour over sugar mixture; add nuts. Mix all
well. Pour into 2 greased 8 inch square pans. Refrigerate. Keeps for weeks.
Very creamy, with no hint of cheese in it! I have made many batches of this
and given away much and not one person ever knew until after I told them,
there was cheese in the fudge.
