Orange Angel Food Cake

Ingrients & Directions


1 pk B.Crocker 1-step white angel
Food cake mix
Orange juice

Prepare cake mix as directed on package except substitute orange juice for
the water. Bake & cool as directed. Remove from pan. Serve each slice of
cake with 1 1/3 tbsp Apricot-brandy Sauce or with 1/3 cup Fruit Toss.

APRICOT BRANDY SAUCE 1 cup apricot preserves 2 tbsp corn syrup 1 tbsp lemon
juice 3 tbsp brandy or orange juice Mix preserves, corn syrup &
lemon juice in 1 qt saucepan; heat over low heat, stirring constantly,
until preserves are melted. Remove from heat; stir in brandy. Serve warm or
cool. YOGURT FRUIT TOSS 12 oz. orange low-fat yogurt 4 cups assorted fresh
fruit pieces Toss yogurt & fruit in bowl. SOURCE:Betty Crocker’s Low-Fat
