3 c Sugar
1 c Vegtable oil
4 Eggs
2 c Cooked mashed sweet potatoes
2/3 c Water
3 1/2 c Flour
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Baking powder
2 ts Baking soda
1 1/2 ts Cinnamon
1 ts Cloves
1 1/2 ts Allspice
1 1/2 c Raisins
1 1/2 Chopped pecans
makes 8 pint jars, blend sugar, oil and eggs then dry ingreidients bake at
325 for 45 to 55 min. turn upside down to cool
