Cornbread, crumbled
1 c Celery, diced
1/4 c Green pepper, diced
1/2 c Fresh parsley, cut up
1 c Onions, diced
4 ea Eggs
2 sl White bread
Salt, pepper, poultry
-seasoning to taste
Broth made from boiled giblets or plain hot water Put vegetables in
skillet with three tablespoons oil. Simmer and stir a few minutes.
Put cornbread, vegetables, and spices in a big bowl. Add enough broth
or water to make stuffing moist, mix well Will stuff a 15 to 20 pound
turkey.
