6 Freshly baked biscuits
6 sl American cheese; cut in half
20 oz Broccoli spears; cooked and
Paprika
Melt butter. Add flour. Cook over moderate heat a few minutes,
stirring.
Add salt and chicken broth. Cook over moderate heat, stirring, until
thickened. Add chicken and cream. Heat to serving temperature. Cut
biscuits in halves. Place two halves, side by side, on each of six
plates. Top each half with a cheese triangle and broccoli. Spoon
chicken sauce over all. Sprinkle with paprika.
