Ingrients & Directions
1 c Cooked, flaked crappie (or
-bluegill)
1 Hard cooked egg, quartered
6 sl Cucumber pickles
1 Tomato, cut in quarters
8 sl Pickled beets
Lettuce, shredded
Dressing:
1 c Mayonnaise
1/4 c Ketchup
2 ts Relish
1 ts Horseradish
1/4 ts Mustard
Put shredded lettuce all over the plates. Place fish in center.
Arrange egg, pickles, tomato and beets around edge of plate. Top with
dressing (or use Thousand Island dressing).
