Cream Cheese Pie

Ingrients & Directions


8 oz Cream cheese
1 cn (14 oz.) sweetened condensed
-milk (not evap)
1/4 c Lemon juice
1 tb Vanilla
1 9″ graham cracker crust
Fresh strawberries;
-blueberries or whatever
-fruit you prefer (optional)

Let cream cheese set until room temperature. Beat with mixer until smooth.
Then add condensed milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Beat until all lumps are
gone. Pour into crust. Cover & refrigerate for at least two hours. Top with
fresh (or canned) fruit. It’s ready to serve! Store in refrigerator.
