Fall Pumpkin Bread

Ingrients & Directions


1/2 c Water
2 c Bread Flour
1 tb Nonfat Dried Milk
1 ts Salt
1 tb Applesauce
1/2 tb Maple syrup
1/2 tb Brown sugar
1/4 c Canned pumpkin
1/2 ts Vanilla extract
1/2 ts Ground ginger
1/4 ts Allspice
1/4 c Pumpkin seeds
2 ts Yeast

*** Be sure to use plain canned pumpkin – not pie filling.
