Fennel Pepperoni Bread For The Zojirushi

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Flat beer
1 tb Dijon mustard
2 tb Garlic oil
1 ts Salt
1 ts Chopped garlic
3 c Unbleached flour
1/4 c Rye flour
1 tb Fennel seeds
3/4 c Pepperoni, sliced & quarterd
1 tb Yeast

Place all the ingredients in the machine, program for Basic White
Bread, and press start.

NOTE: If using a bread machine other than a Zojirushi, place
ingredients in your machine in the order specified by your machines’
manufacturer.

Yields
1 Loaf
