Mocha Cakes

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Sugar
1/2 c Butter
3 Eggs well beaten
1 ts Vanilla
2 c Flour
2 ts Baking powder
1/2 c Milk

Cream sugar and butter, add well beaten eggs. Add flour& baking powder
mixture alternately with the milk. Put in greased and floured 13×9
inch pan and bake 25-30 min, in 350 oven. Let cool in pan. Next day
cut in small squares and icing all over and roll in crushed peanuts.
Delicious but long to make ( 3 hours usually )
