2 1/4 c Unsifted flour
1 ts Baking soda
1 c Margarine; softened
1/4 c Granulated sugar
3/4 c Brown sugar; packed
1 ts Vanilla
1 pk Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix;

2 Eggs
12 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 c Chopped nuts; (optional)
Mix flour with baking soda. Combine butter, the sugars, vanilla, and
pudding mix in a large mixing bowl; beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in
eggs. Gradually add flour mixture; then stir in chips and nuts. Drop by
rounded measuring teaspoons, about 2″ apart, onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
For Chocolate Chocolate-Chip Cookies, use Chocolate flavored instant
pudding mix rather than Vanilla.
