Creamy Chocolate Pie

Ingrients & Directions


1/2 c Water
1 tb Cornstarch
1 cn (14 ounce) chocolate
-sweetened condensed milk
3 Egg yolks; slightl beaten
2 tb Margarine or butter
1/2 ts Vanilla extract
1 pk (6 ounce) graham cracker
-crumb pie crust
Whipped topping or whipping
-cream

Stir together water and cornstarch. In saucepan, combine sweetened
condensedm ilk and egg yolks; stir in cornstarch mixture. Cook over
Medium-Low heat, stirring constantly until thick and bubbly, about 12-15
minutes. Remove from heat; stir in margarine and vanilla. Spoon into pie
crust. Chill 3 hours or until set. Top with whipped topping or whipped
