Ingrients & Directions


— 1 pound loaf:
1 1/2 ts Active dry yeast
2 c Bread flour
1/4 c Rye flour
1/4 c Sugar
1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 c Walnuts; chopped
3/4 c Water
2 tb Water

Load ingredients into machine according to manufacturer’s directions.
Process on regular bread cycle.

— 1.5 pound loaf:

active dry yeast 2 1/4 tsps.
bread flour 3 cups
rye flour 1/3 cup
sugar 1/3 cup
ground cinnamon 3/4 tsp.
salt 3/4 tsp
chopped walnuts 3/4 cup
water 1 1/4 cup
