Rhubarb Custard Pie #1

Ingrients & Directions


2 c Rhubarb; cut into 1/2 inch
-pieces
2 Eggs; slightly beaten
1 c Sugar
2 tb Flour
1/8 ts Salt
1/2 c Whipping cream

Combine rhubarb, eggs, sugar, flour, and salt. Pour into an unbaked 10-inch
pie shell. Pour whipping cream over the top. Bake at 375 degrees for 10
minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 50 minutes.
