Key Lime Pie #05

Ingrients & Directions


1/2 c Key lime juice
12 oz Sweetened condensed milk;
-(not evaporated milk)
3 Egg yolks
1 c Whipping cream; whipped with
-and vanilla; if desired
1 Baked pastry; graham crumb,
-or cookie crumb pie

MIX the milk and the egg yolks together. ADD the lime juice. The mixture
will thicken before your eyes as you mix it all together. POUR into pie
shell and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. COOL, CHILL in the fridge,
and top with the whipped cream.
