1 lb Ground round 1 Jar sliced mushrooms
1/2 c Fresh breadcrumbs 2 tb Green pepper — chopped
1 Egg 2 tb Onion — chopped
2 ts Instant beef bouillon 1 c Mozzarella cheese —
1/2 ts Italian seasoning Shredded
1/2 c Pasta sauce
Preheat oven to 350 F. In medium bowl, combine meat, crumbs, egg,
bouillon and seasoning. Mix well. Press evenly on bottom and up
side to rim of 9 inch pie plate to form crust. Bake 15 minutes; pour
off fat. Spoon pasta sauce over crust. Top with mushrooms, green
pepper, onion ans cheese. Bake 10 minutes longer or until cheese
melts. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
