Microwave Fudge #1

Ingrients & Directions


3 c Sugar
3/4 c Butter or margarine
1 cn Evaporated milk; (5 oz.)
1 pk Semi-sweet chocolate pieces;
-(12 oz.)
1 Jar Marshmallow Creme; (10
-oz.)
1 c Chopped nuts
1 ts Vanilla

Combine sugar, butter and milk in buttered large glass mixing bowl. Cover
with plastic wrap. Microwave 10 minutes on Roast. Stir and continue cooking
on Roast for 5 to 6 minutes or until mixture forms a soft ball in cold
water. Stir in chocolate pieces until melted. Fold in Marshmallow Creme,
nuts and vanilla. Pour into buttered 13 x 9-inch pan. Chill until firm. Cut
into squares. Makes 74 fudge squares.
