Pineapple Chess Pie

Ingrients & Directions


3/4 Stick oleo 1 ts Vanilla
1 1/2 c Sugar 1 cn (8 1/2oz) crushed pineapple
3 Eggs 1 9-inch pie shell

Drain pineapple. Cream oleo and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Blend
in vanilla and drained pineapple. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake
45 minutes in 350 degree oven.
