4 c Chopped rhubarb
1 1/3 c Honey
7 tb Flour
1/4 c Angelica (can be omitted)
1/2 ts Salt

(from Sunday, April 24, 1994, Baltimore Sun) Combine all ingredients in a
mixing bowl. Pour into a 9″ prepared pastry crust. Dot with 1 tsp butter.
Cover with pastry crust. Bake at 450 deg F for 10 minutes, lower
temperature to 350 deg F and bake for another 50 minutes.
