1 1/2 c Quick cooking rolled oats 1/2 c Raisins
3/4 c Flour 1 c Finely chop peel apples
3/4 c Whole wheat flour 1 Egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c Brown sugar, firm packed 1/2 c Honey
1 ts Baking powder 1/2 c Oil
1/4 ts Baking soda 1/3 c Milk
1 1/2 ts Cinnamon
1. preheat over to 375
2. in med bowl, combine oats, flour, powder, soda, cinnamon. stir to
combine
3. stir in raisins and apples
4. in large bowl, combine egg, honey, oil and milk. stri in dry
ingredients. mix to form a smooth batter
5. drop batter onto ungreased bakind sheets, using rounded tsp of
dough for each cookie, leaving 2″ between. dip fingers into water.
press dough down to about 1 1/2″ diameter
6. bake for 10 – 12 mins or til lightly golden 7. remove sheet from
oven, transfer cookies to cooling rack.
