500 g Ricotta cheese
150 g Candied fruit
200 g Sugar
50 g Butter
5 Egg yolks
1 Egg
50 ml Rum
5 ml Vanilla
40 g Lemon and orange skin
300 g Flour
200 g Butter
100 g Sugar
1 Egg
Giuliano Gasali of the Grand Formosa Regent Hotel Taipei.
Make the crust with mixed flour, sugar and egg. Mix all other
ingredients together with cheese and lemon and orange skin. Spread
the crust in a cake mould, fill with ricotta cheese mixture. Bake in
oven 180 C for 40 mins.
