Ingrients & Directions
1/3 c Margarine (softened) 1 ts Coconut extract
1 c Sugar 1 c Bisquick
1 ea Egg 1 c Instant potato flakes
Cream margarine, sugar until fluffy. Add egg & extract. Stir until
creamy. Stir in flakes & bisquick. Roll in 3/4″ balls. Bake at 350*
8-10 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet.
