Double Chocolate Brownie Cookies

2 c Semisweet chocolate chips 1 ts Vanilla extract
4 tb Butter 3/4 c Sugar
1/3 c Unsweetened cocoa powder 1/4 c Flour
— firmly packed 1/4 ts Baking powder
2 Eggs 1 c Pecans; chopped

Preparation Time: 0:27 1. Preheat oven to 350 F. In a 2-qt glass
bowl, combine 1 cup chocolate chips and butter. Heat in a microwave
on High 1 to 1 1/2 mins, until chocolate is melted and smooth when
stirred. 2. Stir in cocoa until blended. With a fork, beat in eggs,
vanilla, and sugar until well mixed. Stir in flour and baking powder
until well blended. Stir in pecans and remaining 1 cup chocolate
chips. 3. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto
foil-lined cookie sheets. Bake 10 to 12 mins, or until tops are
cracked slightly. Let cookies cool on pans 5 mins, then remove to
wire racks to let cool completely.
