1 c Sugar 1/4 ts Salt
1/2 c Butter or margarine — 1 ts Vanilla extract
Melted 1/2 c Pecans — chopped
2 ea Eggs Whipped cream, optional
1/2 c All-purpose flour Strawberries, optional
1/3 c Unsweetened baking cocoa
In a mixing bowl, beat sugar and butter. Add eggs; mix well. Add
flour, cocoa and salt. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Pour into a greased
9-in. pie pan. Bake at 350 deg. for 25-30 minutes or until almost
set. Serve with whipped cream and strawberries if desired. Yield: 6
