Gayle Ortiz’s Perfect Pie Dough

Ingrients & Directions


4 Ice cubes
Water
1 1/2 c All-purpose flour
1 c Cold butter; cut into
-1/2-inch
; cubes

In mixing bowl, mix flour and butter with hands – creating sheets. Don’t
work too much.

Add ice-cold water. Mix.

Pour out onto cutting board and separate into two piles. Form into pie
crusts. Preferably, use glass pie dishes.
