20 Graham crackers
1/2 c Butter
1/2 c Sugar
1/2 lb Cottage cheese
2 c (No.1 can) drained, crushed
-pineapple
Crumble crackers fine and mix with butter and sugar, and spread in
buttered loose-bottomed cake pan. Bake in hot oven (425 F) for 15
minutes to 20 minutes. Cool and spread with cottage cheese and then
with pineapple: garnish with rosettes of cheese and pieces of
pineapple.
