Rosemary-garlic Bread

Ingrients & Directions


2 lg Garlic cloves, crushed
1 1/2 tb Butter
2 Pieces French bread, sliced
3/4-inch thick
1 Rosemary sprig

1. Place crushed garlic in small skillet along with butter. Heat
until butter begins to bubble. Brush bread generously with garlic
butter, using the rosemary sprig as a brush.

2. Place bread on baking sheet with rosemary sprig arranged across
slices. Broil 4 inches under broiler until bread is browned, about 30
seconds. Discard rosemary. Serve bread immediately.
