Simple Pecan Crunch Cakes

Ingrients & Directions


110 g Unsalted butter; (4oz)
1 c Chocolate chips
150 g Shredded coconut; (5 1/2oz)
110 g Chopped pecans; (4oz)
400 ml Condensed milk; (14fl oz)

Heat oven to 180C/350F/gas mark 4.

Melt butter and pour into an 8 inch baking tray. Sprinkle the coconut, choc
chips and the nut and then drizzle over the condensed milk. Do not mix,
just bake in the oven for 35 minutes.

Remove, cool and cut into 2 inch squares to serve.
