3 1/2 ts Baking powder
1 tb Sugar or sucanat
1 ts Salt
2 1/4 c Soymilk
1/4 c Oil

From the New Farm Vegetarian Cookbook, here is a recipe for vegan
cornbread: Heat oven to 400 degrees. Put an oiled 10″ skillet in oven to
heat. Mix ingredients and pour into hot skillet. Bake 30 minutes on top
shelf. Cut into wedges and serve.
