Carrot Cake

Ingrients & Directions


3 c Grated carrots
2 c White wheat flour
2 c Granulated white sugar
2 ts Baking powder
2 ts Baking soda
2 ts Cinnamon
1/4 ts Salt
4 Eggs
1 1/4 c Vegetable oil
1 c Roughly chopped pecans
Cream Cheese Icing for
-Carrot Cake

Mix the sugar and oil. Add eggs, beating after each one. Add carrots. Sift
the dry ingredients together, and stir them in. Butter a 9×13 pan, pour in
the batter and bake at 325F for 40 minutes. Top with Cream Cheese Frosting
for Carrot Cake.
