Cherry-lemon Lcebox Pie

Ingrients & Directions


1 cn Sweetened condensed milk — 1/2 c Heavy cream
-14 oz 1 ea Pastry shell — 9 in. baked
1/2 c Lemon juice 1 cn Cherry pie filling — 21
1/2 ts Vanilla extract Ounces
1/2 ts Almond extract

In a bowl, combine the milk, lemon juice and extracts; stir until
thickened, about 2 minutes. Beat cream until stiff; fold into milk
mixture. Pour into pastry shell. Refrigerate for 10 minutes; top with
pie filling. Chill for at least 2 hours or overnight if desired.
Yield: 6-8 servings
