8 oz Cream cheese; softened
2 c Cold milk
1 pk Chocolate or fudge instant
-pudding mix
2 ts Instant coffee powder (for
-mocha)
1 9″ baked pie shell OR graham
-cracker crust
Pecans
Whipped topping or whipped
-cream
Beat cream cheese until light. Add milk. Beat. Add instant pudding mix. Can
add instant coffee powder. Beat for 1 minute. Turn into baked or graham
cracker crumb crust. Sprinkle with pecans. Chill or freeze for several
hours. Serve with whipped cream or whipped topping.
NOTES : Can be served chilled or frozen.
