Creamy Peach Pie

Ingrients & Directions


1 pk Peach-flavored gelatin — 3 1 c Fresh peaches — diced
Ounces Peeled
2/3 c Boiling water 1 ea Deep-dish pastry shell —
1 c Vanilla ice cream 9 In baked
1 ct Frozen whipped topping — Sliced peaches and or mint
8 oz Thawed Leaves, optiona

In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in ice cream
until melted and smooth. Add whipped topping and mix well. Fold in
peaches. Pour into pastry shell. Chill until firm, about 3 hours. If
desired, garnish with peaches and/or mint leaves. Yield; 6-8 servings
