1 9-inch unbaked pie shell
1 c Semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 c Butter or margarine
1 cn (14 oz) chocolate sweetened
-condensed milk
1/2 c Biscuit baking mix
2 Eggs
1 ts Vanilla
1 c Chopped nuts
Vanilla ice cream
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake pastry shell for 10 minutes and remove
from oven. Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees. In a saucepan, over low
heat, melt chips with margarine. In mixer bowl, beat chocolate mixture with
Eagle Brand sweetened condensed chocolare milk, biscuit mix, eggs and
vanilla until smooth. Add nuts. Pour into pastry shell. Bake 35 to 40
minutes or until center is set. Serve warm or at room temperature with ice
cream. Refrigerate leftovers.
