Jumpstart Chicken And Roasted Vegetables

Ingrients & Directions


3 lb Chicken; up to 4
3 Carrots; sliced
2 Idaho potatoes; cubed
2 Spanish onions; sliced
1/4 ts Black pepper
3 Cloves garlic; minced
Rosemary; about 5 large
; sprigs
16 oz Barbecue sauce

Preheat oven to 450 F. Season cleaned 3- to 4-pound chicken and place in
glass bowl. Cover with saran wrap. Cook for 10 minutes on high power. Then
transfer to oven and heat for 10 minutes.

Chop carrots, potatoes, onions and garlicup Place chopped items into a
glass bowl and cover with saran wrap.Heat in microwave on high for 10
minutes.
