Ingrients & Directions


3 lb Cubed lamb (up to 4)
3/4 c Vegetable oil
3 tb Wine vinegar
1 Bay leaf
1 tb Minced onion
1/2 tb Garlic salt
1 ds Each of basil, oregano,
-pepper, and mint

Marinate meat in refrigerator for two days
