Raisin Bread #1

Ingrients & Directions


1 pk Yeast
2 1/2 c Bread flour
5 1/3 tb Sugar
1 1/2 tb Nonfat milk; powder, not
-reconstituted
1 1/3 tb Butter
1 ts Salt
300 cc Water
4 oz Raisins

Put all ingredients in pan in order. I select thin crust and start
machine.

NOTES: Cal 143.7, Fat 1.4 g, Carbs 29.8 g, Protein 3.6 g, Sodium 217 mg,
Dietary Fiber 1.2 g, CFF 8.8%
