Ingrients & Directions


9 oz Skim milk
1 1/2 c Whole wheat flour
3 tb Gluten flour added to enough
-unbleached flour to equal
1 1/2 c Total
1 ts Salt
3 tb Brown sugar
1/2 c Raisins (could have used a
-lot more)
2 ts Cinnamon
1 1/2 ts Yeast
