Raisin Bread For The Zojirushi

Ingrients & Directions


1 1/4 c Milk
2 tb Brown sugar; packed
2 tb Butter
1 ts Salt
1 ts Cinnamon
3 1/2 c Bread flour
1 pk Active dry yeast

-WHEN BEEP SOUNDS, ADD-
3/4 c Raisins
1 tb Flour

Measure milk, sugar, butter, salt, cinnamon, and flour into baking pan. Tap
container firmly to level out ingredients and sprinkle yeast in center of
flour. Insert baking pan into unit and close lid. Select RAISIN BREAD
setting and press START. Place raisins and flour into a baggie and shake
to coat. Use a sieve to remove excess flour. When BEEP sounds after about
30 minutes, open lid and add raisins. Close lid. The COMPLETE light will
flash when bread is done. Using hotpads, remove the pan from unit and pull
out kneading rod. Turn out onto cooling rack and cool before slicing.
Makes 1 loaf.
