1 pk Yellow cake mix
1 cn Apple pie filling
3 Eggs
3 ts Sugar
1 ts Cinnamon
Heat oven to 350 Blend together cake mix, apple pie filling and eggs. Beat
2 minutes at medium speed. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Spread half the
batter in to prepared 13×9″ pan, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, pour over
remaining batter and sprinkle with the remaining sugar mixture. Bake for
30-35 minutes, use pick test. I top with cool whip with a teaspoon of
cinnamon blended in. Also, the batter looks very thick, it’s okay, so don’t
add anything else.It comes out moist and is delicious.
Serving Ideas : Top with whipped cream
