Ingrients & Directions
1 c Sugar
1 tb Flour
3 tb Cocoa
1 ds Salt
1 1/2 c Evaporated milk
1/2 c Sweet milk
3 Egg yolks
1 tb Butter
1 ts Vanilla
1 Baked pie shell
Combine sugar, flour, cocoa & salt. Add evaporated milk, milk & egg yolks.
Blend. Cook over medium heat until thick. Add butter & vanilla after
removing from heat & stir well. Pour into pie shell. (Delicious when served
cold topped with whipped cream topping or may be topped with meringue.)
