1 3/4 c Water
2 tb Cornstarch
1 Envelope unflavored gelatin
8 pk Kosher sweetener
1 qt Berries
1 Cooked pie shell
DIABETIC WHIPPED TOPPING
1/2 c Instant dry milk
1/2 c Cold water
Sweetener to equal 1/4 cup
2 tb Lemon juice
1/2 ts Vanilla
Combine water and cornstarch in pan. Cook until clear. Remove from heat and
add gelatin.. Let cool and add sweetener. Stir well. Add berries and place
in pie shell.
DIABETIC WHIPPED TOPPING: Combine dry milk and water and chill 1/2 hour.
Beat at high speed 4 minutes. Add lemon juice and beat on high 4 minutes.
Stir in Sweet One until well blended. Add vanilla. and mix well.
